These tonal images were drawn during GCSE Art. They depict musical artists I was fond of at the time and I used an HB pencil and some blending stumps. These took quite a lot of time as I focused on getting accurate shading and detail. My favourite one is on the left. I think the background added a more realistic element and gives it more depth.
